He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Cundiff and Helen Cundiff (Gaydos); his granddaughters, Julie Hughes (Cundiff) and Rachael Ann Cundiff; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Hughes and Brynlee Farris.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Cundiff (Jackie) of Oakwood, Richard Cundiff (Pamela) of Lilburn, GA, Carey Cundiff (Joni) of Oakwood and Cathy Feldman of Tuscola; his grandchildren, Shannon Hohn (Josef "Bean") of Oakwood, Libby Stephens (Joshua) of Champaign, Dustin Hatchel of Arcola, Erin Cundiff, Kaitlyn Cundiff, Summer Farris (Aaron) of Danville and Jordan Cundiff (Amber) of Nashville, TN; his great grandchildren, Giles Hohn (Lindsay) of Fort Collins, CO, Meghan Lacks (Whitney) of Winterville, NC, Travis Hohn (Allison) of Oakwood, Kenny Hohn of Oakwood, Andy Hohn of Oakwood, Brayden Hatchel of Arcola, Ayden Stephens of Champaign, Anabell Stephens of Champaign, Alivia Stephens of Champaign, Spencer Cundiff, Maylene "Mimi" Cundiff of Nashville, TN, Brooklyn Farris and London Farris of Danville; his great great grandchildren, Magnolia "Nola" Lacks, Clementine "Lemi" Lacks and Brantley Hohn of Oakwood; his brother Lloyd Cundiff; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Turner (Ron) and Wayne Birge. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made in Dale's name to Hillery Assembly of God or Vermilion Heights Christian Church.
