She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Dessie Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Mitchell "Dan" Nelson; her grandchildren, Chloe Poliakon, Anastazja, Alyssandra Wygrzyn and Townes Mitchell Henrickson; and her siblings, Jan Gentleman (Tom) and Jeff Johnson (Kay).
