She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Handley and Ellen Handley (Wright); her sons, Eric Wells and Bradley Wells; her grandson Michael Wells; and her siblings, Carl, Richard Handley and Janice Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Hardesty (David) of Decatur and Carla Wells of Oakley; her grandchildren, John Wells, Shana Hunsaker (Matt), James Wells, Sarah Wells, Cydney Manns and Zaydyn Wells; her great grandchildren, Christopher Wells, Shawn Wells and Shania Wells; and her sisters, Karen Walters (Jerry) of Mattoon and Margaret Duzan of New York.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home - Decatur (2827 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
