He is survived by: his wife Rayleen Burcham; his children, Chris Luttrell of Oakley, Shelly Mitchell of Decatur and Kevin Whitehill of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kacie Burcham, Hayden and Blake Luttrell; and his great grandchildren, Amaris Cummings and Ember Steele. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
