He was predeceased by: his parents, Ekke William and Irene Mae Timmerman (Walker); his wife Marilyn Ruth Matherly; his brother Eldon Walker Timmerman; his children, Eugene William Timmerman Jr. and Diane Sue Greenwood (Hoehn); and his grandchildren, Lisa Marie Timmerman and Robert William Greenwood.
He is survived by: his children, Randy (Connie Hoehn) of Cerro Gordo, Dennis Hoehn of Cerro Gordo, Tammy (Mike Nuding) of Oakley and Penny Timmerman of Decatur, Illinois. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Cerro Gordo Fire Department, Cerro Gordo American Legion Post 117, or the A.E. Staley Museum.
