She was predeceased by: her parents, Purd Duckworth and Bessie Duckworth (Coley); and her brothers, Harold, George, Rufus, Hubert and Andy Duckworth.
She is survived by: her husband John Richard Coffman; her children, Teresa Deckard (William) and Rick Coffman (Cathy); her grandchildren, Travis Thomas (Leanne) and Judd Coffman (Stormie); her great grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Ethan and Reese; and her close friend Carol Coffman.
