It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Musielak of Oakdale, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frye and Josephine Stearns Frye; her sisters, Evelene Musielak and Myrtle Davis; and her brothers-in-law, Vernon Davis, Ed Musielak and Alan Diehl.

She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Musielak; and her sister Levon Diehl of Metamora.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Friendship Manor Activity Fund.
