It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Wilson of Oakdale, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Wilson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Pete" and Cinda Brammeier (Kaufman); her husband Arnold Wilson; her son Jerry Wilson; her brothers, Don, Chalmer (Sam) and Noel Brammeier; and her grandson Matt Spence.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Wilson Spence and Sandy Spence (David) of Norris City, IL; her grandchildren, Chris Spence, Sarah Hicks (David), Greg Wilson (Amber) and Sarah Allan; and her great grandchildren, Sienna Spence, Clinton Wilson and Nellie Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held at Oakdale United Presbyterian Church, Oakdale, IL on Friday from 1:00 p. m. until 3:00 p. m. Due the covid-19 virus, social distancing will be enforced and all attendees are asked to wear a mask.
