He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brammeier and Edna Brammeier (Fox); his brother Leslie Brammeier; and his brother-in-law David Kroener. He is survived by: his wife Kay Brammeier of Oakdale, IL; his children, Dennis Brammeier (Sara) of Oakdale, Brenda Stieg (Roger) of Centralia, IL and Carl Brammeier (Pam) of Nashville, IL; his grandchildren, Trista Giacomo (Charlie), Seth Brammeier, Allyssa Yehling (Travis), Christy Palm (Justin), Sheldon Stieg, Katherine Dunneback (Brian) and Mary Cotton (Michael); his great grandchildren, Jozlynn, Cassidy, Avery, Sawyer, Kyle, Connor, Wyatt and Hank; his sister Mildred Kroener of Oakdale; and his sister-in-law Alice Brammeier of Oakdale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Should friends desire memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
