He is survived by: his wife Dolly Fuqua of Oakdale; his children, Judy Kinney (Wayne) of Oakdale and Effie Campbell of New Athens; his daughter-in-law Gertie Fuqua of Oakdale; his grandchildren, Scotty Fuqua (Missy) of Oakdale, Jodi Alfeldt (Tim) of Aurora, CO, Kristy Meier (Chuck) of Broken Arrow, OK, Tonia Nuernberger (Perry) of Alton, Tara Moore (Brian) of Birmingham, AL, Clay Kinney of Edwardsville, Erin Petchulat (Brad) of Smithton and Evan Ruffino (Jaimie) of Belleville; his great grandchildren, Keaton Fuqua, Konner Fuqua, Meagan Alfeldt, Drew Alfeldt, Jaxon, Xander, Kingston, Roman Moore, Claire Petchulat, Olivia Petchulat, Griffin, Gemma and Lola Sue Ruffino; his brother Charles Ray Thompson of Oakdale; and his brother-in-law Gene Bube. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
