He was predeceased by: his parent Donald Carter. He is survived by: his spouse Lynda Carter; his children, Steven Carter and Elizabeth Carter; his parent Betty Carter; his siblings, Joan Keller, David Carter (Regina), Rick Carter (Cindy) and Jim Carter (Cindy); and his sibling-in-law David Taylor-Evert (Jennifer).
