Chmelik (Joe); his grandchildren, Rick, Joey, Alyssa Chmelik, Cheryl, Katrina Hanson and CJ Rokavec; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Zayden, Nathan and Mia; his siblings, John Rokavec (Marilyn), Angeline Przybylski (late John Hode) and Ed Rokavec (Joan); his nephews, Rich, Jack Hode and Rick Jaros; and his niece Debra Henkel.
