She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Martinez, Susan Haas (Russell) and Jaymie Macha; her grandchildren, Kylah Mazingo (Iziah), Miranda Macha, Joshua Martinez, Maxwell Haas, Marshall Haas and Mitchell Haas; and her siblings, Joseph Jelinek (Betty) and Barbara Schulenburg (Roger).
