He was predeceased by: his parents, Astrid Cunningham and John Cunningham; his sibling Thomas Cunningham; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Tazelaar (Ruth) and Pete Tazelaar (late Grace).
He is survived by: his wife Beth Cunningham; his son Andrew Cunningham (Brenda); his brother James Cunningham; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Comanda (Joe), Karen Folkerts (George), Jim Tazelaar (Jo), John Tazelaar (Cindy) and Rob Tazelaar (Laura). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
