With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph R. Butkovich of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Butkovich and Gertrude Butkovich; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Butkovich (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hettinger; his son Paul Butkovich; and his siblings, Nicholas, Edward (Alessandro Barry), Thomas (Susan), Claire (late Robert Gadbois) and Mary Murphy (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
