He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy J. Seyfarth; his parents, Mac Seyfarth and Dorothy Seyfarth; and his brother Richard Seyfarth (late Barbara). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey A. Seyfarth (Marcie) of Naperville, Scott R. Seyfarth (Eileen) of Hinsdale, IL, Kurt D. Seyfarth (Robin) of Batavia and Jan Mallak of Naperville; his grandchildren, Adam Seyfarth (Natalie), William Seyfarth, Alison Feldman (William), Michele CarMichael (James), Emily Seyfarth, Karen Seyfarth, Steven Seyfarth, Lindsay and Abigail Mallak; and his great grandchild Jaxson Seyfarth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many great friends.
