With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amie Jo Konzak of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Willard, LaVerne Veldman (Hoitink), Richard and Dorrene Konzak (Putman). She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Konzak and Joan Konzak (Veldman) of Hartland; her siblings, Christopher Konzak (Sarah) of Cedar Grove and Angie Ruscheinsky (Eric) of Summit; her fiancé David Warbler; and her nieces and nephews, Faith, Grace, Carissa, Gianna, Anthony and Ace. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, sorority sisters.
Due to health department regulations, face masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated and will be distributed to Children's Charities that Amie loved so much.
