Virginia K. Meyers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia K. Meyers of Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Meyers; her parents, Virginia "Dolly" Doyle and Kieran Doyle; and her siblings, Kieran "Butch" (Mary) of Patrick and Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Susan, John (Sandy) and Mark; her grandchildren, Sarah, Jarred and Ryan; and her siblings, Brian (Kathleen), Peggy Black (late Bill), Cecilia Hansen (Bryce) and Elizabeth.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ascension Catholic Church (808 S East Ave, Oak Park, IL 60304). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).

In lieu of flowers donations to Ascension Church are appreciated.
