She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Perez; her parents, Rex and Helen; and her siblings, Rosemary, James, Helen and Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Christina, John, Daniel and Mary Rose; and her grandchildren, Maya, Jonathon, London, Olivia, Elena, Soleil and Stevie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (7750 W Cermak Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Giles Catholic Church (1025 Columbian Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302).
