He was predeceased by: his spouse Laverne A. Murphy; his child Meg Murphy; and his brother Paul T. Murphy (Marcia). He is survived by: his children, Anne Ryan, Mary Ellen McGuire (Brian), Amy Rosten and Ric Murphy (Aimee Conlee); and his grandchildren, Jessica Ryan, Andrew (Molly), Brendan (Kristi), Caileigh, Bella McGuire, Jillian, Liam and Ava Rosten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
