As we bid adieu to Mark's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Mark has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his father Neil McKenna; and his brother David McKenna. He is survived by: his mother Carole McKenna (Neil); his children, Nicholaus "Nick" and Audrey; and his sisters, Debbie Hines (Barney), Cheryl Williamson (Mark) and Diane Dockery (Keith). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peterson-Bassi Chapels (6938 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60707). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ascension Catholic Church (808 S East Ave, Oak Park, IL 60304).
