He was predeceased by: his father Neil McKenna; and his brother David McKenna. He is survived by: his mother Carole McKenna (Neil); his children, Nicholaus "Nick" and Audrey; and his sisters, Debbie Hines (Barney), Cheryl Williamson (Mark) and Diane Dockery (Keith). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
