She is survived by: her sisters, Pearl Bryant (Moore), Margaret Berry (Moore) and Ruby Coutee (Moore); her goddaughter Angela Fenderson (James); and also, James Jr., Jonelle, Julius, Jaron, Jayla and Jordan Fenderson.
Katherine was a devoted member of the Bahá'í Faith and her contributions to community life were many, serving with indefatigable energy and love.
