He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Mary Myrtle O'Brien. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Alan of Oak Park and Patrick Dale of Aurora; his brothers, Dennis L. (Donna) and C. Stephen O'Brien (Jean); and his grandson Christopher Charles O'Brien of Aurora. He is also survived by two great-grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
