He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Kuipers and Matilda Kuipers (Vander Vliet); his wife Carol Gremel; his sisters, Gertrude TeSlaa (Howard) and Hermina Hamann (Vernon); and his brother-in-law Richard Dykstra.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Kuipers (Lori) of Valley Springs, SD, Diane Johnson (Curtis) of Jasper, MN and Delora "Lori" Grenko (Michael) of Wildwood, MO; his grandchildren, Justin Kuipers (Jessica), Jessica Wipf (Sam), Ashley Dorenkamper (Michael), Clayton Johnson (Amy), Carlton Johnson (Taylor), Donavon Johnson (Brianna), Kaylee Grenko, Hannah Grenko and Jayden Grenko; and his siblings, Gradus Kuipers (Caroline) of Hull, IA and Karen Dykstra of Worthington, MN.. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
