She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Martin (Miki Komlosh), Angela, Mary Anne Sorensen (Kevin) and Joseph Lizak; her grandchildren, Netta Lizak, Darwin Lizak, Michael Lizak, Cody Sorensen, Kyle Sorensen and Joey Lizak; and her nieces and nephews, Marcia Haggerty and Donna Sinclair (Dennis).
