We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2022, at the age of 91, Dolores George of Oak Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dobias and Julia Dobias; and her siblings, Joseph Dobias (Ann), Judy Groner (Robert) and Dorothy Mladinov (Joseph).
She is survived by: her husband Alex C. George; her siblings-in-law, Luella and Bert Meagher; her children, Debra Scanlon (John), Susan Scanlon (Timothy), Denise Adducci (Michael), Alexander George and Mary Judith; and her grandchildren, Natalie Scanlon (Sean Murphy), Julia DaMask (Matt), Alex George (Daisy Johnson), Elizabeth DeYoung (Dave), Meredith Langel (Josh), Margaret Dalke (Jeremy), Jack George, Therese Scanlon and John Scanlon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association would be appreciated.
