He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin LeRoy Millsap and Patricia Geraldine Millsap (Fitzpatrick); and his father-in-law William John Illenberg. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Millsap (Illenberg); his aunt Kathleen Ann Fitzpatrick; his mother-in-law Marianne Illenberg (Austin); his sister-in-law Yvonne Marie Illenberg; his nephew Austin James Illenberg; his brother-in-law Jon Eric Illenberg (Elizabeth); and his nieces and nephews, Alexander Thomas Illenberg, Shawn Michael Illenberg and Megan Diane Illenberg.
