He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kotiw and Justina Kotiw. He is survived by: his spouse Emilia Kotiw; his children, Rose Kotiw and Stephen Kotiw (Nancy); and his siblings, Katherine Belo (late John) and Sonia Reeder.
