He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Del Rio (George); and his parents, William Ness and Frances Ness. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ness; his sons, William Ness, Jr. (Elizabeth Kelley) and Jason Ness (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Ann, Samantha, Max and Lily.
