She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Kurtz Jr.; her parents, Stanley J. Lukwinski and Sophie Lukwinski; her parents-in-law, John Sr. and Clara Kurtz; her brother Robert Lukwinski; and her grandparents, Michael, Victoria Oleszkowicz, Stanley and Mary Lukwinski.
She is survived by: her son Robert Kurtz; and her siblings, Ron Lukwinski (Cynthia) and Judy Lukwinski.
