He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew, Sr. and Anna Ratajczak (Plucinski); his brother Andrew, Jr.; and his wife Sylvia. He is survived by: his nephews, Raymond N. Gerlich (Deanna) and Mark Gerlich (Kim); and his cousins, Celia Pieczul (late Joseph) and Alan Pieczul (Gina).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Germaine Parish.
