She was predeceased by: her husband Donald P. Leavitt; and her siblings, Kenneth Haub, Calvin Haub, Aleene Dismore and Carl "Blackie" Haub.
She is survived by: her children, Dan R. Leavitt, Sr. and Carla L. Sale (Tony); her grandchildren, Erin J. Whicker (Josh) and Dan R. Leavitt, Jr.; and her brother-in-law William B. Dismore.
