He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cramer and Loretta Cramer. He is survived by: his sister Susan Muldoon (Terry); his nieces and nephews, Erin Konrath (Kenny), Beth Velasquez (Eddie) and Terry Muldoon, Jr. (Regan); his siblings, Joe Cramer (Donna), John Cramer (Mary), Jim Cramer (Karen) and Fun; and his nieces and nephews, Joe (Jill), Greg (Elsa), Brian (Stephanie), Lisa, Heidi (Ryan), Laura (Troy) and Tim.
