Teri Smith Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teri Smith of Oak Lawn, Illinois, who passed away on February 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Teri Smith to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Czyzykiewicz and Joyce Czyzykiewicz; and her daughter-in-law Kimberly Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Dean Smith (Kristen) and Billy Smith (Kristine Kwiecinski); her grandchildren, Ryan, David, Conor, Victoria and Dean Jr.; her great grandchild Elliott; and her siblings, Stanley "Denny" Brown, Dan Brown (Kimm) and Cris Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Those attending visitation and service are required to wear masks and to follow social distancing protocol.
