She is survived by: her mother Jean Hancock of Campbellsville, KY; her sister Donna Gaddis (Paul) of Campbellsville, KY; her nieces, Sara Gaddis of Lexington, KY and Liam Gaddis; her nephew Nathan Gaddis (Lori) of Lexington, KY; and also Chloe Gaddis. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
