He was predeceased by: his parents, Jo Anne Phillips (Shartzer) and Lowell William Phillips of Oak Lawn, IL. He is survived by: his wife Amy Rushton Welsh; and his brothers, Craig Phillips (Cindy), Dennis Phillips and David Phillips (Beth). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, numerous great-nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
