We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2023, at the age of 85, Sharon Lee Swanson in Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. Harvey Ruth (AZ) and Evelyn Lee Higgins (IL); her daughter Susannah Swanson; her uncle Don McGoldrick of Oregon; her siblings, Michael Ruth of Califon, NJ., Patrick Ruth of Nashville, TN and Lani Bruce of Nashville, TN; her children, Shawn Marie Bogen of Yokosuka, Japan and Stephen Evar Swanson (David Erik Swanson) of Katy, TX; her grandchildren, Jenna, Leif, Emily, John David, Claire, Chloe Bogen, Dylan, Faith Swanson, Marissa and Rachel Swanson; and her great grandchild Banks Crosby (Reese).
