He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred White and Russell H. White, Sr.; and his brother Roland White. He is survived by: his wife Miriam; his children, Jerry White (Nancy) of Jeffersonville, Diana White Hayden (Kenny) of Bardstown, Brian White (Michelle) of Fishers and Donna White Eswine (Vern) of Georgetown; and his brothers, Leonard White and Garland White (Norma). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
