Choate (Steven); her grandchildren, Chad Jetton, James Beecham, Kandas Parm, Regina Motheral, Lorrie Mulligan, Steven Jetton (Beth), Rebecca Rich (Kevin) and Tyler Genovese; her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Eden, Allen, Blake, Isaac, Cloe, Lakyn, Levi, Ladon, Ryan, Daphane, Andrea, Logan, Colton, Candyce, Lillian and Thomas; and her siblings, Benjamin, Wade, Bonnie and Clara.

Due to COVID restrictions, no food is allowed to be brought into the funeral home from the general public.
