She is survived by: her husband Edward Charles Prorok; her children, Michael Prorok Sr. (Joann), Marian Jaks (Benno), Kathy Garcia (Frank) and Susan Ayala (Art); her grandchildren, Mike Jr., Kimberly, Zdenek, Ricardo, Chadwick, Anthony, Daniel and Carlina; and her siblings, Elizabeth Veraveic (late Jimmie) and Fond. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
