He is survived by: his wife Annette Novinson; his daughter Sharon Welter (Bob); his grandchildren, Brian Welter (Melissa), Craig Welter (Anna) and Kathryn Welter; and his great grandchildren, Danica, Lenore, Abigail and Jedi.

An entombment will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home & Cemetery (11333 S Central Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
