He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto H., Sr. and Ursula Lenz; his brother Otto H. Lenz, Jr.; his close friend Mary Hrapowicz; and also John Hrapowicz.
He is survived by: his brother Kenneth, Sr. Lenz (Mary Lou); his nephews, Kenneth, Jr. Lenz (Debby), Michael Lenz (Natalie), David Lenz (Joanne), Daniel Lenz (Colleen) and Kevin Lenz (Michiko); his niece Cheryl Onesto (Joe); and his godson John Levickas.
Proper social distancing must be practiced and all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times.
