He was predeceased by: his spouse Constance; his grandchild John Paul Duque; and his sibling Gloria Garcia (Humberto). He is survived by: his children, Raul Duque (Elizabeth) and David Duque; his grandchild Ava Duque; and his sibling Luz Stahl (late Herman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
