She was predeceased by: her husband James; her son Tim Farrelly; her grandson Les Jr.; and her sister Margaret. She is survived by: her children, Laura Ginzkey (Hal), Janet Gallagher (Tim) and Lester Farrelly (Joanne); her grandchildren, James (Mary), Marissa, Jason, Cindy, Dan, Griffin, Makenna, Timmy and Ryan; her great grandchild Paisley; and her siblings, Marie and Francis "Fuzz" (Dee).
As a devoted grandmother and caregiver of her grandson, Timmy, for many years, in lieu of flowers donations to Timothy James Gallagher.
