She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Tinman (late Ray), Catherine Garza (late David), Patricia Pope (Charles), William Egan (Rita), Bridget Campbell (late Max), Siobhan Brady, Brendan Egan (Barbara), Matthew Egan (Lisa), John Egan (Renee), James Egan (Kristen) and Eileen Johnson (Michael); her grandchildren, Tom (Kim), David (Moira), Elena (Albert), Monica (Billy), Megan (Justin), Laura (Joe), Michael (Abby), Kevin, Sean (Lynette), Bethann (Len), John, Scott, Donald (Lorraine), Bridget, Dan (Lorraine), Katie (Tim), Jenny (Ian), Rebecca, Christina, Sarah, Pat, Caroline, Jimmy, Beth, Maggie, Morgan, Samantha and Grace; and her siblings, Marie, Dale Creger, Charles, Mary Scannell, Eileen Shunt (Peter) and Nora F. Scannell C. P. D. Retired. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Rita High School, 7740 S. Western, Chicago, IL 60620, or IBVM Loretto Convent, 26W171 Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187.
