He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cook; his brother Martin; his children, John (Rachel), Cathleen (Terrence Noonan) and Susan Thornton; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachel, Caitlin, Taylor, Jennifer, Megan, Sean, Matthew and Genevieve; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Harlow.
