He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Green and Joyce Green; his father-in-law Joseph Birmingham; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Birmingham. He is survived by: his wife Donna Green; his children, Joseph and Grace Green; his brother Steven Green (Sandra); his mother-in-law Jeanette; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Birmingham (Sandy), Jeanne Williams (Dave), Joleen Fields (David), Matthew Birmingham (Debbie), Theresa Gill, Mark Birmingham, Brandon Birmingham (Elizabeth) and Grace Ann.
