She was predeceased by: her husband John; her children, Sue Polacheck (Bob) and Bob; her parents, Joseph and Olive; and her siblings, John, Richard, Anne and Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Jack (Sue), Beth Fahey (John), Marj Wilkey (Lloyd), Jim (Alice), Cathy Honiker (Jim), Joe, Garry (Theresa) and Tom (Danette); and her grandchildren, Dan, Emily Tenuto, Dave, Bill Fahey, Meghan Drew, Katie Perkins, Anne Polacheck, Bob Polacheck, Mike Polacheck, Mark Wilkey, Carolyn Slightom, Janeen Wilkey, Lisa Wilkey, Matt, Angie McQuillen, Jessica Honiker, Kelly Hardin, Kyle, Kevin, Elizabeth Mitchell and Neil. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
