He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Antosiak and Paula Antosiak; and his brothers, Henry Antosiak (Judy) and Robert Counts (Maryann). He is survived by: his wife Julia Antosiak; his children, Joseph Antosiak (Morgan), Trent Antosiak and Marisa Antosiak; his grandchildren, Brandon, Zachary and Mila; and his nephews, Steve Antosiak (Jackie) and Scott Antosiak (Yesenia).
