She is survived by: her husband John O'Toole (Jack); her daughters, Patrice Foster, Jo Ann O'Toole, Maureen Work (Ray), Margaret Mitchell (Douglas) and Erin O'Toole; her grandchildren, Brandon (Courtney), Rachel, Anna, Jack, Brianne, Suzanne, Jennifer, Mandy (Mark) and Jessica (Evan); her sisters, Mary Pat Carr, Ella May Beckers, Maureen Mulkerrin and Kathleen Burdick; and her sister-in-law Alice Mulkerrin (Patrick).
